The 3rd International Conference « Smart Underground Space & Infrastructure » organised by Lille University, Hefei University of Technology and Tongji University  took place in Lille, France  from 8 to 10 October 2019.

The conference aims at creating an international rendezvous around the use of innovative solution in civil engineering and digital technology to meet today’s challenges of the underground space and urban infrastructures.

Olivier Vion , ITA Executive Director & Han Admiraal, Co- Chair of ITACUS, chaired a session titled « smart urban Planning ». In adition,  Han Admiraal also presented a keynote conference « urban integrated underground spaces ».
