November 7-8, took place in Mexico City a workshop on Sustainable Use of Underground Space use, organised by ITACUS and the Mexican Association for Tunnel Engineering and Underground Works, AMITOS.

On behalf of ITACUS, Han Admiraal, Antonia Cornaro, Marilu Melo and Elsa Wifstrand were lecturing at the workshop. ITACUS looks forward to collaboring with AMITOS on advocating the planning and use of underground spaces in Mexico. Also of note, the participation of Fermín Sanchez Reyes,  President of AMITOS and member of the executive council of ITA.
