No fewer than four members of the federal Executive Council are expected to grace the first internatinal conference on tunnelling and underground space taking place at the Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island Lagos between 29 and 30 March, 2017.

The Minister of Transport Rotimi Amechi will be a special guest of honour at the forum which is attracting the President of the International Tunnelling and Underground Space Association, Dr. Tarcisio Celestino, the Executive Direector, Mr. Olivier Vion among other delegates from around the world.....
