The Young Professionals Think Deep Programme (YPTDP) is organized together by ITACUS and ISOCARP (International Society of City and Regional Planners). It brings together young professionals from different disciplines - such as urban planners, tunnellers, geologists, architects, etc. - under the guidance of a professional tutor to work on interdisciplinary planning issues faced by the modern city. The program provides the city with fresh and innovative ideas while the Young Professionals benefit from each other’s experience and the direct contact with high-level professionals (tutors).

After two successful YPTDPs in Glasgow and Wrocław, plans for further events came to a halt due to the global pandemic situation. We are now all the more pleased that another program is planned for 2022. This time in the dynamic and ever-growing city Hong Kong. We’re looking forward to working on an inspiring workshop theme and contribute to the city’s future!
