This includespreparation of a territory-wide Cavern Master Plan andguidelines to facilitate cavern development,and preliminary planningfor relocating suitablegovernment facilities to caverns so as to release urban sites fordevelopment.

Detailed design for the relocation of a sewage treatment worksto caverns continues so asto vacate28 ha of land for redevelopment.Feasibility studies on relocation of two smaller sewage treatment works and two service reservoirs are in progress.
