Writes ITA president Tarcisio Celestino: "At the ATC 2017 in Dubai, the 4th Arabian Tunnelling Conference, ITA was present with Olivier Vion, Davorin Kolic, Martin Knights (former ITA president). Han Admiraal and Antonia Cornaro (Chair and Vice Chair of ITACUS) also participated in this event that gathered around 300 participants from all GCC countries and other regions. In addition to the traditional conference, the Society of Engineers UAE organised a Young Engineer Forum (YEF) where ITACUS presented Think Deep, as well as the new 'Young Professional's Think Deep Program' (YPTDP), with the objective of organising a YPTDP preceding the WTC 2018 in Dubai." ITACUS Activity Group Leader for this initiative, Petr Salak also presented on the first YPTDP workshop held in Glasgow.
