ITACUS co-chairs book on underground spaces is published

ITACUS is happy to announce that the book "Underground Spaces Unveiled: Planning and Creating the Cities of the Future", written by co-chairs Han Admiraal and Antonia Cornaro, was published 1 March 2018 by ICE Publishing The book contains forewords by Dr Joan Clos on behalf of UN-Habitat and by Dominique Perrault, the French architect and author of the book 'Groundscapes'. The book is dedicated by the authors to "(...) all those with a passion for cities and their sustainable development, seeking harmony between humanity and nature, and who strive to participate in the creation of the cities we need and want." 

 

During the forthcoming ITA World Tunnelling and Underground Space Congress 2018 in Dubai, UAE, the authors will present their book as part of the ITA Open Session on Tuesday 24 April 2018. For more information or to order a copy of the book please visit the ICE Publishing website.
