On Friday 14 February 2020 a workshop will be held at the ITA office in Geneva, Switzerland. Aiming at the staff of the various UN entities and NGO's that share the office facilities with us, we aim to demonstrate how underground spaces can contribute towards achieving the global goals for sustainable development. Attending will be ITA President Ms Jenny Yan and other members of the Executive Council. ITACUS will be represented by its co-chairs Han Admiraal and Antonia Cornaro and by ITACUS Urban Integration Lead Dr Marilu Melo. The workshop aims at creating awareness on urban underground space and exploring what a Global Forum on Underground Space could entail.
