The first meeting at the WTC was held on the Saturday 13th afternoon, Nick Chittenden, ITAtech  and Jens Classen Vice-Chair were presents.

The purpose of the meeting was to dialogues between ITA ExCo and WG Animateurs & Committee Chairs.

With different topics in the agenda such as  : How to engage WGs/Committees in different roles (publication creation and reviw, educational outreach, training, lectures….) ? Lessons learned from the Lunch lecture Series; How can we improve WG productivity and collaboration going forward? And the peer review process for publication of guidelines.

The meeting started with the ITA President , Arnold Dix welcome and a brief Update from WG and committees activities. Open discussions have been engaged on all afternoon on the important subjets and actions to be done.
