THE CITY CIRCLE ROAD (BLANKA TUNNELS)
The largest underground construction project which is currently being implemented in the Czech Republic is the Blanka complex of tunnels in Prague.
This extensive construction is being built within the framework of the development of the north-western part of the City Circle Road (the inner circle), in the Malovanka – Pelc Tyrolka section.
The total length of this section is 6.382km; the aggregate length of tunnels in this section reaches 5.5km.
All construction work on the Blanka complex of tunnels was completed on 06/10/2014, in compliance with the works programme.

METRO LINE V.A EXTENSION
The operating section (the 5th A extension) of the metro line is 6.12km long; it contains three mined stations (Bořislavka, Veleslavín and Petřiny) and one cut-and-cover station (Nemocnice Motol).
The development of the 5th operational section of the Metro Line A between Dejvická station and Nemocnice Motol station was drawing to the final phase before it is brought into service.

MODERNISATION OF ROKYCANY – PLZEŇ RAILWAY TRACK SECTION
The modernisation of Rokycany – Plzeň track section is part of the national transit railway corridor No. 3. In addition, this project is part of the Trans-European transport networks. The anticipated construction period will last from 08/2013 to 7/2016.
The excavation of the portal pit and stabilisation of the entrance portal for driving the Ejpovice tunnels was completed in September 2014. The TBM for Ejpovice tunnels was completed and prepared for the excavation.
